BCAAs in the 2: 1: 1 ratio – BCAAs are essential amino acids. This means that we can not make these amino acids ourselves and we must get them through food. Supplements can be used as a supplement to the diet.
Leucine – One of the BCAAs
Glutamine Peptides – Glutamine is one of the 20 amino acids. Glutamine can itself be made by the body, but sometimes the body can use support in this.
Citrulline malate – Citrulline Malate is a form of the naturally occurring amino acid citrulline. It is used by many people as a supplement! Citrulline Malate is a product with an ideal effect; highly recommended for any serious strength and endurance athlete.
Beta alanine –Amino acid that forms a di-peptide together with another amino acid.

When do I take Muscle Protect?
